Vendor needs to provide surveyor services to the government authority located in Warren, NJ.– Boundary and topographic surveys:– Establish and map property boundaries and right–of–way limits.– Prepare topographic surveys showing contours, features, and utilities.– Deliver CAD and PDF drawings, coordinated to Plane System.– Right–of–way and easement surveys:– Prepare legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits for dedications, vacations, or acquisitions.– Identify encroachments, easements, and monuments.– Tax map maintenance and updates:– Provide oversight and supervision of the maintenance and update Township tax maps in compliance.– GIS and mapping support:– If and where requested, provide professional land surveyor advice and support integration with township GIS and asset management systems.– Optional and as–needed services:– Drone–based aerial mapping and orthophotography.– Utility location coordination.– Monument recovery and setting.– Survey support for capital improvement and infrastructure projects.– Review developer–prepared plats and legal descriptions for compliance with Township ordinances and all other applicable rules and regulations (e.g. The Map Filing Law).– Conduct as–built surveys for completed projects and municipal acceptance.
