(1) Vendor needs to provide repositioning legal services to the government authority located in Pineville, KY.– Provide legal services under a contract to represent and advise the agency in connection with the repositioning of its public housing portfolio– Provide legal representation in connection with the agency conversion of its public housing units through RAD, which is anticipated to include RAD/Section 18 Small agency Blend transactions and the use of low–income housing tax credits(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
