ELECTRIC-0847 - USA (Sterling Heights, Michigan) - Solar Panel Project Services - Deadline June 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide solar panel project services to the government authority located in Sterling Heights, MI.– Turnkey design, permitting, utility interconnection, construction, commissioning, and closeout of a low–profile rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system.– Sustainability through initiatives such as water conservation, recycling, composting, biking infrastructure, and solar energy adoption.– This roof mounted solar array is expected to cover approximately 95% or as much as feasible while protecting current critical infrastructure of the city hall, library, and police department building.– System design and installation must ensure no interference with existing or future emergency radio, antenna, or communications equipment on the rooftop, and must provide unrestricted access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency operations.– The city anticipates municipal ownership of the solar PV system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on May 28, 2026.
