(1) Vendor needs to provide surety bond agencies and brokers services to financially responsible surety carriers, knowledge of applicable bonding requirements, and the ability to provide timely and responsive services to the government authority located in Coos Bay, OR.– Contractors are solely responsible for selecting a surety bond agency or broker, evaluating its qualifications and services, negotiating fees, and obtaining all required bonds. Each bond remains subject to the underwriting requirements and approval of the issuing surety company.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
