(1) Vendor needs to provide business attraction consultant services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.• Conducted a demand study to determine what signature, high–quality businesses would succeed in this corridor• This study included a survey of people who live and work in Trenton with a target n of 400 or more and may include other analyses as well.– Produced recruitment materials including• a prospect list of targeted business identified in the demand study• direct mail postcards and letters• social media ads• Continue to reach out to targeted businesses and bring them to Trenton. The consultants will use target business lists from Year 1 and modify them as necessary• There are 40 identified vacant commercial spaces in the initial target area along State Street. Roughly half of them is ready for tenants• Update and expand the commercial property inventory, understanding that the primary work is done• Assess and produce recruitment materials as necessary, though materials have already been created(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026
