To support the 2026/2027 heating season, Agency requires a Contractor to supply and deliver approximately 450 to 600 tons of premium grade loose form Biomass Fuel Pellets (â??Fuelâ??) Delivery will include the transfer of loose bulk Fuel into Agency storage silos, or, at Agencyâ??s request, in palletized 2,000 pound super sacks.
