(1) Vendor needs to provide financial auditing services to the government authority located in Page, AZ.– 1. Annual Financial Audit– Perform an annual audit of the agency financial statements, including governmental activities, business–type activities, major funds, non–major funds, and component units.– Prepare government–wide financial statements in addition to fund–based statements.• Conduct the audit in accordance with:– Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book)– Single Audit Act (if applicable)– OMB Uniform Guidance– Arizona Auditor General requirements2. Compliance and Single Audit Services– Perform Single Audit procedures for federal awards when applicable.– Test compliance with federal grant requirements.– Review internal controls related to federal programs.3. Audit Reports– Prepare and deliver the following:– Independent Auditor's Report on financial statements.– Report on Internal Control and Compliance.– Single Audit Report (if required).– Schedule of Findings and Questioned Costs.– Summary Schedule of Prior Findings and Corrective Actions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
