(1) Vendor needs to provide psychologist services to the government authority located in Harlingen, TX. – Performs mental health psychological work by conducting psychological evaluations, assessments, diagnosing, and counseling clients. – Provide clinical consultation to the treatment teams.– Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) – Experience in mental health psychological work with adults. – Graduation from an accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in psychology.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
