(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– The selected consultant(s) will provide on–call financial consulting services including, but not limited to:• Development impact fee program support• Agency formation, administration, and special tax modeling• Fiscal impact analyses• Financial modeling and projections• Fee updates, nexus study support, and documentation• Review of developer applications, cost estimates, and reimbursement requests• Preparation of staff reports, presentations, and technical memoranda• Assistance with Board of Supervisors presentations• Other financial analysis as requested.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
