(1) Vendor needs to provide local data collection services to the government authority located in CA.– Contractor shall perform data collection for the local data collection project utilizing aerial photography, web–based data entry, and other online resources on computer equipment.– Data will be recorded in the web–based local data collection instrument.– Minimum data collector qualifications and requirements are as follows:– Bachelor’s degree or higher in soil science, crop science, or agronomy.– Local data collection:– Conservation reserve program status.– Land cover/use (crop types) for current and previous years.– Double cropping status and crops used.– Irrigation types, delivery methods, and sources.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
