(1) Vendor needs to provide tiny home village operations and services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Include housing and homeless service providers, property management organizations, behavioural health and substance use disorder service providers, workforce development organizations serving justice–involved individuals, faith–based organizations, public agencies, Tribal organizations, and other entities with relevant housing, operational, or service capacity.• Potable water, sanitary sewer, and electrical service;• Hygiene facilities, including toilets and showers.• Laundry facilities.• Kitchen and food preparation facilities.• Community and staff space.• Emergency vehicle and service access.• Appropriate site security, lighting, fencing, and controlled access.• Solid waste collection.• Other infrastructure necessary to meet applicable health, safety, building, fire, and land use requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
