The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept sealed bids via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date , 'Proposal Submission Time . Bids submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.
