EXTRA-73423 - USA (Oklahoma) - Third Party Elevator and Escalator Consulting Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party elevator and escalator consulting services to the government authority located in OK.– provide third party consulting, on site validation inspection, service contract review, work order review, elevator and escalator maintenance and service recommendations and records review, and other Owner requested services as may be necessary to assist Owner in its operation and maintenance of their 74 elevators (52 traction and 22 hydraulic) and 10 (5 pairs) escalators.– Provide onsite quarterly inspections of each elevator and escalator and report to owner any concerns regarding the operation and maintenance thereof.– Maintain a database of all service and maintenance tickets for each elevator and escalator.– Maintain a database of key performance indicators tracking service callbacks, equipment uptime, equipment down–time, completed service tickets, open service tickets, completed contractual maintenance tickets, trends in service, performance, and usage.– Provide contract management support and if requested, provide an elevator maintenance scope and assist Owner with managing solicitations for maintenance services.
