Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide removal and installation of nurse call system including cable installation, termination of cables, periphery device installation, and networking component implementation to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ.– All servers, switches, and wiring infrastructure must be pre–staged prior to connecting rooms to ensure minimal patient care interference.– All shower or other wet areas must be equipped with splash resistant components.– All ligature risk areas must be equipped with Joint Commission compliant anti–ligature components including room disable toggles.– Network/architectural drawings elucidating all wiring schematics must be provided at project closeout– Nurse Call System must have the basic nurse call components: patient call cord/pillow speaker, nursing console, patient room audio station, dome lights, bathroom pullcords and audio stations– Nurse call system must remain patched and operated in accordance with Federal and Department security policies and guidelines in order to mitigate known and future security vulnerabilities.
