(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system. – The solution must make recruitment easy and intuitive for candidates, hiring leaders and the People team.– Provide end–to–end recruitment platform that supports the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of international hiring locations. This includes setting up and advertising roles, receiving and reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, capturing feedback, managing interview responses, offers, completing pre–employment checks, maintaining candidate talent pools, and reporting on recruitment activity.– The solution must support the end–to–end recruitment lifecycle, including:• Recruitment initiation, role definition and approval visibility• Job brief capture and reuse across recruitment stages• Job set–up, templates and multi–channel advertising• Application intake from job boards, careers site, agencies and referrals• Candidate record management, duplicate detection and source tracking• Screening, longlisting, shortlisting and structured decision rationale• Candidate progression, decline reasons and communications across modern channels (e.g. SMS)• Candidate status visibility, consent and privacy acknowledgements• Screening interviews and panel interview management (including video options for both)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
