Community Park Building Fascia and Rain Gutter Removal and Replacement

The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed proposals for 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . The contractor must have a current and active California contractor license with a B - General Building and C39 - Roofing Classifications. The selected contractor will perform all work necessary to remove and dispose of existing rain gutter, down spouts, and fascia board of main community building located on site. The contractor will perform all work necessary to install new fascia, rain gutter with leaf guard, and down spouts. The contractor shall provide a labor warranty on repaired components for 1-year period following Notice of Completion. Work shall be completed during the month of May and occur between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M, Monday through Friday. The contractor shall provide safe access to the building, by the public and city employees, at all times during construction. This includes afterhours and weekends. Construction debris shall be removed at the end of each workday. Construction equipment shall be removed from site or locked in a secure container or area on site at the end of each workday. The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, and project specifications, are attached hereto in Attachments and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
