Description
The purpose for this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Services for a variety of projects in the Engineering Department Work Programs including Road & Bridge Program, Sidewalk & Recreational Trail Program, Vertical Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Program, Stormwater Master Plan Program and Beach Management Plan Program. It is the intent and purpose of the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners (County) that this Request for Statement of Qualifications promotes competitive selection. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to advise the Purchasing Department if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RSQ to a single source.
