(1) Vendor needs to provide online and traditional data entry verification services.– For potentially four (4) to eight (8) million pieces of documentation from all source.– Requires data entry or capture for approximately 1.6 million income tax returns as well as all other business tax filings (corporate business tax, partnerships, etc.), property tax reimbursements and rebate applications, and various other fees, taxes, applications, and documents such as motor vehicle registration renewals and violation payments.– Online data entry or verification process.– Traditional data entry or verification process.– Online data entry or verification process involves using digitally imaged documents to enter, verify, and correct data shown on page sized documents that have been scanned. – Process includes digital documents captured by item–by–item data entry (key from image), intelligent character recognition, and optical character recognition that are scanned into the documents and remittance activity management system or data cap systems.– Traditional data entry or verification process involves manual data and capture retrieval keying from paper forms with either fixed or variable lengths.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–quote submission conference will be held on July 10, 2026.
