(1) Vendor needs to provide teaching assignment management software. – Provide comprehensive nursing teaching assignment, management system.– Solution will improve efficiency in faculty workload allocations and teaching assignments, across undergraduate and graduate programs, providing transparency to all faculty workload per semester and over the course of the academic year facilitate real time efficiency in course assignments and workforce allocations.• Licensing (SaaS preferred) with production and non–production environments.• Implementation, configuration, data migration, and go–live support.• Integrations with enterprise systems (SIS, LMS, SSO/IdM, HR/Payroll).• Training for administrators, faculty, clinical coordinators, preceptors, and administrative support staff.• Ongoing support and maintenance with SLAs.• Documentation (user and admin guides, data dictionary, API specifications).• Out–of–the–box reports: assignments by term, clinical hours attainment, compliance status, site and preceptor utilization, evaluation outcomes.• A step–by–step plan outlining the implementation process, timeline, and key milestones.• Data migration: sources, cleaning, validation, reconciliation.• Timeline with milestones (config complete, integrations ready, Go Live, stabilization).• Change management and communication plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
