(1) Vendor needs to provide lithium–ion battery recycling services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• The pickup, transportation, and recycling of Lithium–Ion batteries so the city can facilitate safe, efficient, and compliant battery management program.• The batteries are classified as Lithium Ion and are enclosed in either epoxy or gel casings.• Serial numbers are not visible; the casing must be removed by the vendor to access the batteries.• Approximately 5,000 batteries are generated each month, requiring pickup from five different sites on an as–needed basis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
