(1) Vendor needs to provide therapists clinicians service to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.  – Provide trauma–focused cognitive behavioural therapy services, offering culturally competent, trauma–informed therapy for identified youth.– The program centers around four pillars credible messenger mentorship, trauma–focused therapy, restorative community engagement, and place–based workforce development. – Provide individualized and group counselling services that promote emotional regulation, self–awareness, and resilience.– HIPAA–compliant documentation using secure, encrypted systems.– The development of a trauma–informed school culture that improves behaviour, attendance, and academic engagement.– Coordinate care with the Highflyers team (credible messengers, school staff, and CPD) to ensure wraparound support.– Provide family psychoeducation sessions and parent check–ins to strengthen home support systems.– Helps youth process traumatic experiences safely and developmentally appropriately.–Reduces trauma–related symptoms that contribute to behavioural dysregulation, disengagement, and justice system contact.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
