Vendor needs to provide recreational instructor application service to the government authority located in Avondale, AZ. – Agency’s mission is to make lives better with dynamic services and spaces to learn, play, and connect. – Program dates: There are three “seasons” each calendar year: Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall/Winter that correlate with the distribution of the program guide. • Course management:– Teach the class/activity as described in the agency.– Teach only the classes contracted to teach.– Ensure that all participants participate in the program or activity safely through instruction, Supervision or class/program management.– Classes are not to be used as a vehicle to send people to another location, promote your own business, or a more expensive program that you teach elsewhere.– Carefully train and evaluate your employees as they reflect your business and the agency.– Fill out background checks on all employees through the agency.– Maintain First Aid and CPR Certifications on all staff.• Class cancellation: Classes are canceled at least three business days before the first scheduled class if the class does not meet the minimum number of needed registered participants.• Marketing contracted activities: maintain an accurate, up–to–date, and informative website if applicable.
