(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced life support, paramedic program medical director services to the government authority located in Redmond, WA.• Medical Program Director provides clinical leadership, medical oversight, and system–level guidance for a complex, multi–jurisdictional agency delivery model extending well beyond the boundaries.• Medical Oversight and Clinical Governance: Provide physician medical oversight for the agency paramedic program consistent Serve as the City's principal physician advisor regarding prehospital agency clinical practice• Clinical Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement: Conduct ongoing reviews of electronic patient care records using a risk–based and performance–based approach. – Review sentinel events, unusual cases, high–risk procedures, complaints, clinical variances, and selected patient populations. – Identify individual and system trends and recommend corrective or improvement actions.• Continuing Medical Education: Develop and participate in a coordinated annual agency plan and provide physician–led education at monthly paramedic agency /Medic Meetings. – Use contemporary evidence, protocol changes, system trends, and actual case review to connect education directly to clinical performance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
