(1) Vendor needs to provide management and operation of community–based adolescent transitions program service to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. – The Program to be a community–based alternative for male and female juvenile offenders ages twelve through eighteen. – The Program is intended to reduce recidivism and commitments to agency through structured daily activities, counseling, case management, family services, educational support, community service, job readiness, job placement support, and aftercare.– Anticipates approximately thirty–six juvenile offenders per service and treatment cycle through the transition’s component of the Program and up to twelve parents through the parent project component of the Program, depending on enrollment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
