(1) Vendor needs to provide brand management and marketing services.–  Consultant to help promote, through strategic marketing.– Work may include creative support, brand management, and promotional services to maintain, strengthen, and evolve the brand as a premier regional entertainment district.– Drive foot traffic and repeat visitation through strategic campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.– Promote signature attractions, activations, events, and experiences that differentiate regional marketplace.– Support tenants, venues, and district partners through coordinated marketing efforts that strengthen the overall destination.– Recommend and execute advertising strategies, including paid digital, social, media placement, and audience targeting.– Produce new photography and videography as needed to support marketing efforts.– Enhance agency digital presence via the website, blogs, SEO, A.I. platforms, email newsletter, and social media.– Provide campaign performance tracking, analytics, and strategic recommendations for optimization.– Provide access to data from reporting dashboards, performance measurements and budget tracking tools on request.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
