Vendor needs to provide programmable logic controllers upgrade services to the government authority located in North Augusta, SC. – Provide all material, labor and equipment associated with upgrading of three Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) units, including but not limited to; I/O modules, communication interfaces, power supplies, and cabling, software configuration, updated logic, programming, and testing of the new PLCs, and training for operational and maintenance staff. • Technical requirements:– Compatible with existing control architecture (e.g., Allen–Bradley, Siemens, etc.).– Processor speed and memory capacity sufficient for current and future expansion needs.– Support for industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, etc.).– Redundant power supplies and fault–tolerant design where applicable.– Compliance with relevant industry standards (UL, CE, etc.).
