Wilderness Trail Construction Project

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this bid. The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Wilderness Trail—an approximately 2.1-mile multi-use trail within the 85-acre Wilderness Park, located at 2701 SE Westmoreland Blvd. The project aims to provide a safe, scenic, and ADA-accessible route for pedestrians and cyclists, connecting park features and enhancing public access to nature. The trail is part of a larger citywide effort to expand recreational infrastructure and promote healthy, active lifestyles.
