(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental planning and demonstration projects service to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL. • Develop a tailored agency and community engagement plan to effectively engage agency stakeholders early and frequently, as their participation and buy–in will be critical to ultimate implementation• Website and print media with study information and notices, and interactive tools• Stakeholder engagement via mobile outreach and partnerships with local organizations linked to underserved populations• Robust, site–specific crash analysis, including a focus on left–turn movements, and additional risk factors for pedestrians and bicyclists.• Collect, review, analyze, and summarize safety and traffic data and studies related to existing conditions.• Assist in technology deployment• Software platform to process collected data and technology deployment documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2026
