(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering project management and inspection staff augmentation service to the government authority located in MI.• Supplemental Project Management Staffing1. Provide experienced project managers to manage GLWA projects (construction and/or design) with minimal agency supervision, following agency protocols, procedures, and standard business processes under the general direction of agency.2. Furnish an average of five (5) full–time equivalent (FTE) project managers for the duration of the contract.3. Provide sufficient staffing depth to immediately meet peak workload demands as may be required.• Manage assigned projects to successful delivery in accordance with established scope, schedule, budget, and performance requirements.• Perform project management oversight functions, including tracking progress, review of earned value analyses, maintaining project documentation, and preparing required reports• Familiarity with industry–standard project controls tools, reporting requirements, and documentation practices(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026
