EQU-19394 - USA (Port Orchard, Washington) - Air Quality Monitoring Sensors and Power Supplies - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide air quality monitoring sensors and power supplies to the government authority located in Port Orchard, WA. – Provide agency with access to air quality monitoring during periods of increased smoke, including wildfire events, outdoor burning, and residential wood heating. – The monitors will provide real–time data to increase monitoring coverage and support public access to timely air quality information through agency’s fire and smoke map. • Each air quality monitor shall:– Fire and smoke map compatibility – Be currently approved or eligible for public display of sensor data on agency’s AirNow fire and smoke map. – Dual measurement channels – Measure using two independent measurement channels and provide separate channel data to support QA/QC comparison and identification of out–of–tolerance measurements. – Real–time data transmission – Automatically transmit measurement data via the internet to support timely public availability of air–quality information. – Local data storage – Provide onboard SD or microSD storage capability for local retention of monitoring data. – Outdoor operation – Be designed for continuous outdoor deployment and include a compatible outdoor–rated power supply and all components necessary for operation.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
