Psychological Testing and Consultation Services

The City of Chesapeake's Integrated Behavioral Health (CIBH) Department is responsible for providing appropriate medical treatment for its clients, determining eligibility criteria for Intellectual/Developmental Disability (IDD) services to include Developmental Disability Waiver services and placement on waiting list, capacity assessments, and adequate medical consultation to its clinical staff. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposal responses from qualified individual providers or group practices to provide comprehensive psychological services to support the organization's IDD mental health, and substance abuse services, Intellectual/Developmental Disability Intermediate Care Facility (IDD ICF), and clinical staff consultation needs for adolescents and adults. Group Practices intending to respond to this RFP must adhere to all specifications as outlined in the RFP.
