ACCT-27085 - USA (California) - Construction Auditing Services - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction auditing services to the government authority located in California.– The purpose of these services is to investigate allegations of financial accountability, identify potential overpayments, mis payments and/or unsupported costs, verify compliance with contractual requirements, and provide findings and opportunities for improvement to the County's financial contributions construction procurement contract administration and financial controls.– Examine contractor payment applications, invoices, and supporting documentation.– Verify that amounts billed are consistent with contract terms, approved pricing, and authorized work.– Review the approved project budget, schedule of values, and contract expenditure history.– Review documentation supporting stored materials, mobilization, and other advance or progress payments, where permitted by the contract.– Identify duplicate billings, mathematical errors, unsupported costs, and potential overpayments.– Document all findings with supporting evidence and references to applicable contract provisions.– Quantify questioned costs, potential overpayments, and other financial discrepancies when reasonably determined.– Distinguish confirmed errors from costs requiring further investigation or clarification.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
