(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste collection and disposal services to the government authority located in Waco, TX. – The use of subcontractors, brokers, independent haulers, dispatch services, or other third–party entities to perform any portion of these services is prohibited. – Waste collection and disposal contractors to enter into a solid waste disposal agreement.– Solid waste collected, directly to a permitted sanitary landfill or transfer facility.– Collection of solid waste, both residential and commercial.– 3 cubic yard dumpster.– Hazardous waste.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
