PMU Financial Management Consultant — Sustainable Management of Substances Controlled by the Montreal Protocol

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Recruitment of PMU Financial Management Consultant (C3-IC3) The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a grant from the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, administered by the World Bank (WB) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), to implement the Sustainable Management of Substances Controlled by the Montreal Protocol Project (SMS-MP) under Department of Climate Change (DCC) and intends to use part of the grant to cover eligible expenses under this Contract. The SMS-MP PMU plans to recruit a national individual consultant to implement the PMU Financial Management Consultant Contract (C3-IC3) to support the implementation of the Project with the following requirements: - Relevant university degree in the area of finance and accounting. - Understanding on financial procedures and regulations of the government agencies and international donors. - At least 15 years of experiences in finance, accounting in ODA projects. Having worked for international donors like the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc is an advantage. - Advanced command of English. - Proficient use of office and accounting software. - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. - In good health. The PMU will select consultant through an individual consultant selection process in accordance with the World Bank's procurement regulations.
