Vendor needs to provide dewatered sludge loading, hauling and disposal services to the government authority located in Belle Vernon, PA.• All material transported by the contractor shall become its sole property beyond the limit of the plant gate and, from that point, it shall be solely responsible for the treatment and disposal in accordance with the terms of the contract, the applicable statutes, laws and environmental regulations.  • All disposal shall be at landfills, which permitted and comply, in all respects, with the applicable statutes, laws and regulations of all governmental bodies.
