– Vendor needs to provide cement researcher and writer service to the government authority located in California. – Provide research, develop, and write a series of case studies focused on the impacts of cement production and opportunities for industrial transformation across 5–6 key states.– Stakeholder Engagement:• Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders, including advocates, policymakers, industry representatives, and researchers.• Synthesize stakeholder perspectives and incorporate relevant insights into the case studies.• Coordinate peer review with relevant subject–matter experts and incorporate feedback to strengthen the accuracy, rigor, and relevance of the case studies.– Research and Analysis:• Conduct targeted research on the cement industry, impacts, decarbonizationopportunities, and relevant state policy and market conditions of 5–6 key states.• Identify key barriers, opportunities, and enabling conditions for industrial transformation.• Work with the industrious labs analytics team to incorporate and contextualize quantitative analysis.– Writing and Revision:• Develop clear, compelling, and accessible case studies that translate technical research and data into actionable insights.• Identify opportunities for policy, advocacy, investment, regulatory, and industry action.• Work with our communications team to ensure consistency in voice, structure, and storytelling with the industrious labs brand and style guide.
