(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–construction consulting and possible construction services to the government authority located in Spartanburg, SC.• Preconstruction phase activities will include evaluation of the site, recommendations for building expansion location, constructability review, cost estimating and phasing, permitting, process planning, vendor solicitation and pre–qualification, and projection of construction.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
