(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development, training and grant support services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.1. Professional development and training:– The consultant shall enhance the knowledge, skills, and ethical awareness of staff from new assistant district attorneys to supervisory and senior attorneys through structured, ongoing training programs and professional development.– This work must be comprehensive, covering both legal expertise and professional growth, with clear specifications for content, delivery, and compliance, ensuring that staff are well–prepared to meet the demands of modern prosecution while upholding the highest ethical standards.– The consultant shall facilitate informal mentoring from experienced attorneys to junior staff and encourage knowledge–sharing through case discussions, ‘Q&A’ sessions, and collaborative problem–solving.– The consultant shall ensure that the agency meets accreditation requirements for continuing legal education providers, as well as design and deliver sessions that meet credit standards while addressing practical, office–specific needs.– The consultant shall provide training for supervisory assistant district attorneys in leadership, time management, and supervisory responsibilities, as well as reinforce professional conduct, ethics, and the duty of a district attorney to “seek justice” rather than merely win cases.– The consultant shall provide ‘orientation and onboarding’ work, including delivering foundational instruction on prosecution laws, criminal court procedures, and ethical obligations for new assistant district attorneys and explain the office mission, prosecutorial discretion, and the balance between securing convictions and protecting constitutional rights.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
