(1) Vendor needs to provide moving and storage services for art museum collection to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.– Provide comprehensive fine art logistics services for the relocation, temporary storage and subsequent return.– Conduct detailed site visits of the Museum and proposed storage facility.– Review Museum collection inventories and object lists.– Develop a comprehensive written relocation plan. – Museum–standard soft packing.– Museum–standard hard packing.– Design and fabrication of custom reusable crates– Climate–controlled fine art transport vehicles.– Air–ride suspension.– GPS vehicle monitoring.– Two–person vehicle crews where appropriate.– Trained museum art handlers and drivers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
