(1) Vendor needs to provide conservator person and conservator estate service to the government authority located in Banning, CA. – Provide professional Conservator of the Person (COP) and Conservator of the Estate (COE) services to individuals who are in conservatorships governed by law in the Tribal Court.– Provide or arrange for adequate living facilities.– Arrange all appropriate and timely medical treatment, and arrange or provide for transportation.– Provide or arrange for appropriate meals. – Provide or arrange for personal care (including bathing and toileting, if necessary) and for housekeeping to ensure a reasonably clean–living space.– Provide for clothing, transportation, and suitable recreation.– Provide periodic reports to the tribal court regarding the physical and mental status of the conservatee, including how the person’s needs are being met and what services are being provided.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
