DRA-11324 - USA (Havre de Grace, Maryland) - Feasibility Study Safe Routes Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study safe routes services to the government authority located in Havre de Grace, MD.– Feasibility study to identify opportunities for safe, accessible and connected bike and pedestrian routes from subdivisions to local schools– Study existing conditions and base mapping (topographic contours, environmentally sensitive areas, utilities, data, information, environmental resources, property owners and right–of–way ownership within the subject areas; make recommendations for traffic safety improvements at select intersections for students and residents while enhancing the overall subject areas safety, developing alternatives.– Provide opportunities for community input on recommendations from schools, students, teachers, parents, to hear input regarding safety concerns, accessibility, and overall general issues and concerns.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.
