(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety 911 call handling system installation and maintenance services.– Call‑taking workstation systems and software essential for Next Generation 911 operations, including integrated multimedia handling, mapping, recording, and workflow management capabilities.– SMS/Text‑to‑911 services, including managed IP‑based delivery, workstation integration, and licensing models suitable for multi‑seat Public Safety Answering Point environments.– Environmental and power requirements, including space, UPS systems, environmental controls, grounding, conduit structures, and other facility considerations necessary to ensure reliable NG911 operations.– The solution is expected to leverage historical transport, facility, and patient acuity data to continuously improve estimates for transport durations, facility turnaround times, and arrival times.– The solution shall support voice and multimedia call handling, geospatial mapping, real‑time transcripts and translations, and complete recording functionality.– The Provider shall deliver managed SMS Text‑to‑911 capabilities over IP networks, including multi‑seat licensing for medium‑sized Public Safety Answering Points and complete integration with NG911 Workstations.– The plan shall support primary, secondary, and tertiary deployment models, and shall include phasing strategies, cutover methodology, system testing procedures, training programs, and ongoing operational support.
