(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – Provide real estate services in conjunction with the sale of real property, acquisitions, and other related activities. – Market and seek purchasers for agency–owned properties.– Develop marketing strategies and listing materials for vacant land, commercial buildings and residential properties for sale.– Provide opinions of value, market analyses and pricing recommendations.– Identify potential parcels and properties that meet agency acquisition criteria, including vacant land, commercial buildings, and residential properties.– Conduct market research and assist agency in evaluating acquisition opportunities.– Negotiate equitable purchase prices and transaction terms on behalf of agency.– Coordinate activities necessary to bring acquisitions to closing. – Assist with lease negotiations and determination of fair market rental rates for commercial leasing opportunities.– Provide periodic reporting on marketing efforts, transaction status and market conditions.– Demonstrate knowledge of the agency metropolitan commercial and residential real estate markets and the factors affecting property values and marketability. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
