(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and related community systems to the government authority located in Ashburn, VA. – Planning the planning level work may include alternatives and feasibility analyses, alignment studies, preliminary engineering reports, preliminary designs, alignment studies, and planning level cost estimates.– Permitting the permitting work may include environmental services to include floodplain studies, wetland studies, environmental assessments, and local permitting for site plans, grading permits and stormwater.– Design the design work may include piping, tank, drainfield, and treatment works design, and development of drawings and specifications (csi format) for public procurement. The design work also includes development of construction cost estimates for budgeting and bid review. (2) A Virtual Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
