The facility was constructed in 1977 and is owned and operated by GEF Seniors Housing. GEF Seniors Housing is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, engineering, coordination, temporary facilities, demolition, construction, commissioning, and related services necessary to complete the kitchen renovation and upgrade.
