(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in California.• The Consultant shall provide mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, fiber optic, and control systems engineering services in support of capital improvement and facility projects.• Treatment plant design and upgrades, equipping well sites, site improvements, transmission main design, and associated electrical and structural systems.• The Consultant shall provide technical support during the bidding and construction phases of assigned projects.• Provide general engineering consulting services, including to, responding to technical and design inquiries; interpreting applicable codes, regulations, and standards; evaluating and recommending design alternatives; preparation of cost estimates; and performing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
