(1) Vendor needs to provide workday human capital management and payroll implementation solution.• Prototype system configuration, business processes, and workflows to support County decision–making• Develop and execute a structured prototyping plan to guide configuration and business process design• Develop and execute a comprehensive data conversion and migration strategy from legacy systems to the new ERP system• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration process• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems (e.g., ESS+)• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support operational management, strategic planning, compliance monitoring, and informed decision–making.• Ensure delivered solutions remain adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements while establishing capabilities for future automation, artificial intelligence, and other advanced analytics capabilities.• Track, document, and resolve defects, ensuring transparency and timely remediation• Provide post go–live support for a minimum of 90 days following system go–live across all functional areas• Standard API integrations (e.g., Cloud Connect for Benefits).• All Workday user security, including any agreed–upon custom security roles.
