(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health risk monitoring and provider coordination software.– Platform that enables systematically monitor high–risk cases, including individuals under an assisted outpatient treatment order or enhanced voluntary agreement, track significant events, and support timely communication and coordination among providers, case managers, and oversight staff.– Streamline identification, communication, and escalation of safety, clinical, or legal risk events.– Centralized system for reporting and tracking clinical, behavioral, safety, and compliance–related incidents.– Ability to capture events and relevant case information from multiple provider agencies and authorized treatment team members.– Ability to aggregate and export incident data for reporting, trend analysis, quality improvement, and program evaluation.– Assignment and tracking of follow–up actions across responsible entities.– Ability to identify outstanding follow–up activities and support timely communication regarding changes in risk or clinical status.– Ability to facilitate communication and information sharing among authorized members of a treatment team.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
