(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Texas.– Empty all waste containers and place trash in the dumpster. Replace trash bags.– Clean all counter tops, remove handprints, ink, and other marks.– Sweep with chemically treated dust–mop all hard flooring, and damp mop.– Clean and disinfect all telephones.– Clean front entrance door glass inside and out.– Wipe all tables, counters, and appliance exterior surfaces with appropriate cleaning agents for stainless steel surfaces.– Clean all interior windows.– Vacuum all carpeted areas.– Empty waste containers and place trash in the dumpster.– High dusting includes picture frames, light fixtures, top of cabinets, refrigerators, etc.– Clean all counter tops, remove handprints, ink, and other marks.– Spot clean windows, partitions, and doors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 3, 2026.
