(1) Vendor needs to provide fine art handling, framing and fabrication services.– Fine art handling services museum–quality fine art handling services to transport and install artwork in the county’s art collection as well as temporary art exhibitions in county buildings, and provide other related fine art fabrication and technical services.– Fine art framing services museum–quality fine art archival, custom framing services for the county’s art collection.– Fine art fabrication services museum–quality fine art fabrication in multiple two–dimensional formats for the county’s art collection and provide other related technical services.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
